SPINE ORGANIZATIONS COLLABORATE ON DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNATIONAL DIRECTORY

The American Academy of Spine Physicians (AASP) is collaborating with the International Spine Association (ISA) in the development of a global directory referred to as the International Directory of Spine Specialists. The directory will be launched this month. It offers one of the most comprehensive and professional profile pages available. The ISA has opened up the directory to healthcare professionals who evaluate and/or care for the spine. The ISA invites current AASP members to place a listing on the directory. The directory offers a user friendly online “locate a specialist tool” with numerous search options. The International Directory is currently offering free listings for those who qualify. This offer may be for a limited time.  http://www.findaspinespecialist.com

The primary mission of the International Spine Association is to improve the quality of spinecare throughout the world through education. The ISA is committed to disseminating need-to-know information through the World Wide Web in numerous languages, covering many topics related to the spine, including information about spine disorders, spine health, advances in technology and available spinecare. The ISA also provides information about spine organizations and an International Directory of Backcare Products.

The ISA has one of the largest online searchable databases of information about the spine. The
American Academy of Spine Physicians (AASP), a highly respected organization, is one of the largest contributors of information to the ISA.  ( www.spineinformation.org )
